Looking for a good resource for low carb cooking? My friend Kalyn Denny has amassed quite a collection of recipes appropriate for those on the South Beach Diet. Kalyn’s approach to food and cooking is similar to what you find here on Simply Recipes, in other words, whole foods, simply and well prepared, for the home cook. Kalyn and I both share a love of gardening (although her garden is much bigger than mine), cooking, and sharing with our friends and loved ones, the fruits of our labor.
