I completely agree. I absolutely love this book. Everything I have made so far has been wonderful.
Interesting book. Russian recipes are good. Perhaps he has a cultural bias against Germanic countries? No Austria or Germany. Certainly a good schnitzel can match up with lemongrass burger or blackeyed peas.
