Low Carb Round Up – January Week 4

January is quickly coming to a close, and with it our focus here on low-er carb eating. An important lesson was learned by yours truly regarding this low carb experiment, and that is low carb eating only helps you lose weight if you don’t at the same time feast (read “overindulge”) on buffalo wings and butter sauces. In college I used to give up sugar for Lent and would invariably gain weight by making up for it with cheese and peanut butter. But one never learns, does one?

Here is the round-up of tempting low carb recipes I found among the food blogs this past week. This is the last round-up of this series. Enjoy!

Hey! Thanks for including me on your list. While I hadn’t really intended the recipe as a low-carb one, I guess it works pretty well (I fully admit to being myself something of a carb addict!). Looks like there are lots of great recipes to try out on this list, as well.
