Seven years ago, Annette and her husband moved out to the countryside to make our dream of simple living a reality. They wanted to get back to the basics, live off the land, and learn to live in harmony with nature.

As a former nurse with a passion for healthy living, Annette shares her daily adventures on social media and blog in hopes to inspire others to do the same. Her book, The Harvest Table, which she co-wrote with her friend Angela launched as #1 on Amazon in new releases. She is an avid canner and Ball® home canning ambassador. You can find monthly canning recipes on her blog as well as tips and tricks to make canning simple. She will have a canning course in partnership with Ball® home canning available early next year.
