Rachael Narins is an award-winning food writer, classically trained chef and enthusiastic culinary instructor. Her work in restaurant kitchens and in product development were a great start to her career. Then her passions in the kitchen led her to become a certified Master Gardener and Master Food Preserver, making her an expert on seasonal cooking and food preservation as well. Rachael teaches online food writing classes through Chicks With Knives, a company she founded to engage, support and elevate all women interested in food. An avid explorer she's always happy on the road, but truly happiest at home with her family in sunny Los Angeles, California.
