Her work has appeared in Bon Appetit, Eating Well, Grit, SAVEUR, and Every Day with Rachael Ray among others. Her first book, New Prairie Kitchen: Stories and Seasonal Recipes from Chefs, Farmers and Artisans of the Great Plains won the Nebraska Book Award and Epicurious noted it as a “Need to Read” cookbook. She lives just outside of Omaha, Nebraska.
