  • Jamaican Jerk Burger

    The base for these fiery and oh-so-delicious patties is a Jamaican jerk mixture. A combination of scotch bonnets, vinegar, green onion, garlic, thyme, all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and molasses is pulsed in the food processor and combined with ground beef to make this show-stopping burger. It is then topped with a creamy citrus coleslaw to round out the flavors.
