Dried porcini mushrooms are pulsed in a coffee grinder and added to the ground beef along with seasoning and some Worcestershire sauce. The grilled burgers are topped with Swiss cheese and sautéed onions and shiitake mushrooms. Feel free to cook the veg on the grill if you’d like.
