How to Prep Your Coffee
Before we get into all the ways you can Brunch Your Way, it should be noted that you should double brew and chill the coffee before fixing the drink. By doubling the amount of coffee grounds you typically use, you’re ensuring that all those sweet and subtle notes in the Starbucks® Honey & Madagascar Vanilla Flavored Coffee will continue to shine through, even when diluted by the Perrier®. It’s a simple step that keeps the Brunch Your Way as flavorful as it is fizzy.
Brunch Your Way: The Variations
Mixing the sweet and velvety coffee with crisp carbonated mineral water creates a well-balanced drink that can be enjoyed on its own, but can also serve as a launching pad for all sorts of experimentation.

- Spice It Up: The coffee at the base of the recipe balances hints of honey with the richness of Madagascar Vanilla. You can kick that flavor profile up a notch by adding a dash of cinnamon, giving it some welcome brightness and complexity.
- Sweeten Your Day: You can sweeten up the Brunch Your Way by adding two tablespoons of maple syrup. The notes of maple, honey and vanilla blend together beautifully, creating a sweet flavor that’s more complex than cloying. Using a liquid sweetener also ensures that it blends into the drink, rather than sinking to the bottom of the glass.
- Make It Sparkle: Here you’ll tweak the template of the recipe by swapping in Perrier® L’Orange Carbonated Mineral water and a splash of orange juice for Perrier® Original. The orange juice and orange-flavored carbonated mineral water give the drink some citrus bite, with the coffee’s natural bitterness balancing out those fruity notes. - 4 ounces Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
