Experience
Christine Fiorentino is a home chef, food writer, and culinary creative based in Montclair, New Jersey. After making the bold decision to leave a decade-long teaching career and pursue her passion for cooking and food media full-time, Christine began her second life as a 32-year-old pregnant intern on a mission to become a positive force in the food world. In just a few action-packed years, she has created Three Birds One Stove, a platform for home cooks, has been featured on Food Network's The Julia Child Challenge, The Dr. Oz Show, and Martha Stewart Living, and creates for outlets such as Better Homes & Gardens, Eating Well, Southern Living, Apartment Therapy Media, Feedfeed, Kitchn, Simply Recipes, and more. She is also a certified reiki therapist and incorporates holistic practices and positive energy in her approach to cooking. Christine is energized by connecting with others through food and inspiring cooks of all levels to feel inspired, excited, and confident about being in the kitchen. Cooking is Christine's love language, as she believes food is love and art, and brings us together in a way nothing else in the world can.
Fun fact: "I carry a miniature notebook and at least one pen in my bag at all times so that I can write down recipe inspo anytime and anywhere it strikes, and so that I can document the feeling in that moment for context and authenticity when I'm cooking or writing later on."
