I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for about nine years now, and if there’s one food I can’t get enough of it’s the fresh fish!
My husband loves to fish and often goes out with his buddies, but I don’t mind one bit because we all get to reap the rewards. This is just one reason why we often skip grilling steaks and serve up fish instead.
After learning to cook fish many ways, my husband and I both agree that we absolutely love it grilled. There’s just something about the smoky flavor and the ease of cooking that has us hooked .
Let’s tackle some of our favorite grilled fish and seafood recipes!
