Where’s the soup/bisque recipe? That’s my go-to with “extra” mushrooms (is there such a thing?)

    They all look yummy!

The recipes look fantastic and I plan to try them all. But, you said “Let’s talk mushrooms.” I was excited. The H Mart by my house always has at least a dozen different kinds of fresh mushrooms. I don’t know what they are since packaging is not in English, or what to do with them. Instead you just gave recipes. They look good but we didn’t “talk mushrooms.”
