Any day that I get to munch on endless amounts of appetizers is a good day. What about when I get the chance to end one year and usher in the new one by munching on tasty little treasures such as stuffed mushrooms, deviled eggs, and mini turnovers? Well, that’s my very definition of living life to the fullest.

The thing that I love most about these appetizers is that they take the classics and add a funky little twist to them. Kimchi + deviled eggs? Glorious. Boursin + mushrooms? Epic. Guacamole with bacon + blue cheese? Palate pleasing to the max.
