Friday nights are pizza nights at my house! Like clockwork, every Friday around 2 p.m., I start the dough, make a couple of batches, and around 5:30 pm, the magic begins. There’s something special about having a family tradition, and it doesn’t need to be lavish or extravagant. What matters is that you’re together!
I’m personally a huge fan of grilling our pizza because it’s so quick. We usually make 3 pizzas (I split the dough in half because we like thin crust pizza and use the leftovers to make breadsticks) and we can pump out pizzas in about 30 minutes.
I always make a pepperoni pizza for the kids, a more sophisticated one for the adults, and then the third is whatever I’m feeling at the moment. The sky is the limit when it comes to pizza!
