7 Recipes for a Super Bowl Fiesta

Here are 7 recipes for full-on Game Day Fiesta! We've got chicken fajitas, slow cooker pork tacos, fresh guacamole, and more.

This post is brought to you in partnership with Mission Foods.

Show of hands — who is here to watch the game…. ok, now, who is here for the food?! Yup, that’s about what we figured.

Not to say you can’t enjoy all the touch downs, field goals, and extra points happening on the screen, but what’s the point of getting together to watch the game if there’s not a huge buffet of food involved?

We’ve teamed up with Mission to bring you this Game Day Menu — a full-on fiesta of epic proportions. First, we’ve got plenty of dips for casual snacking, including classic guacamole (a game day must), fresh salsa, and Texas caviar.

For people with more of an appetite, set up a taco station with slow cooker pulled pork and a pile of soft tortillas. Quesadillas keep the ten-and-under crowd happy (and, let’s be honest, most of the over-ten crowd as well), and whip up some chicken fajitas to serve at half-time.

Mix and match this menu with whichever dishes make the sense for your particular group of spectators. However you do it, you’re sure to have a winning Game Day spread.
