Whether you're planning a day of Cinco de Mayo festivities surrounded by friends and family, or you're just looking for a few good recipes to celebrate the holiday at home, here are some of our very favorite Mexican and Mexican-inspired recipes for your table.

Start your meal off with a plate of Mexican Street Corn Nachos and a round of margaritas while the rest of the food finishes cooking.

For your main course, go for Flank Steak with Orange-Avocado Salsa, hearty Chile Verde, or Baked Shrimp with Tomatillos – or all three if you're cooking for a crowd. And either way, serve them with plenty of Mission flour tortillas for serving up every last mouthful.
