Sure, we’ve all heard the old adage about an apple a day. But when it comes down to it, apples are not only a healthy addition to our busy daily diet, they also taste delicious!

While there’s nothing better than snacking on a just-picked apple this time of year, we also love using different varieties of apples in our cooking, desserts, and snacks! So while October brings talk of Halloween costumes and favorite gooey desserts, it’s nice to know there are other apple treats out there without the heavy caramel coating or sugar-laden sauces.

So this season we’re partnering with our friends at New York Apple Association to gather together some of our favorite kid-friendly apple treats, perfect for spooky parties or school get-togethers. The best part? You’ll love them, too.
