Love the spicy recipes!
I agree with the too much curry and highly hot spices in your recipes. I am not necessarily allergic to hot spices but I have huge crevices in my tongue which hurt nightly when consuming food. I realize that spices enhance many dishes, but can you not trim down the spices for those like myself.

It seems that some of your followers are great fans of curry. I am not one of them. Curry and I have never tolerated one another. It seems like every second or third recipe contains or features curry so is not a recipe that will be used by people in my position. I do not expect that you will change this for one follower. It is my hope that you have heard this from a sufficient number of followers that you may be inspired to reduce the number of curry recipes. Thank you.

Hi, Michelle! Emma here, managing editor. Hmmm…. cream cheese would probably work well here. Feta would also be an interesting mix-in. You could probably also use a shredded semi-firm cheese like mozzarella or monterey jack. Let us know if you make it!
