Best Piece of Cooking Advice: "Don't be afraid to cook, even sear on high heat, with extra virgin olive oil. EVOO is packed with antioxidants which are fantastic for your health and protect the oil from degrading when heated. Just make sure your olive oil, like any cooking oil, is fresh, not rancid. A good extra virgin olive oil will make most anything you cook with it taste even better."
