Jasmine Smith is a recipe developer and tester for the Dotdash Meredith Food Studios in Birmingham, Alabama. Pursuing her culinary passion, Jasmine graduated with a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition with a dual concentration in Food Science and Clinical Dietetics. Following college, Jasmine worked on the line at multiple farm-to-table restaurants and was selected for the James Beard Foundation: Women in Culinary Leadership Program.
