She was a collegiate runner and has completed three marathons and many triathlons. She lives in Boston, MA with her fiancé.
Education
Lizzy graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Certificate in Culture, Health and Science. She received professional culinary training at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and was the recipient of a Fulbright fellowship to teach English in rural Malaysia.
