Lucy Silberman is an experienced production director and strategist, specializing in brand building; content creation; process and workflow development; and innovative brand and product launches. Bridging the gap between ambitious vision and seamless production, Lucy ideates, iterates, and rallies teams to build and scale complex projects and initiatives. Lucy is the Director of Production for The Lab, Dotdash Meredith's product testing studio.
Highlights:
- Lucy has run production for iconic publications such as Interview, Bon Appétit, and Harper’s Bazaar.
- She built the content development division for MSG Sphere (2024), Madison Square Garden’s groundbreaking immersive entertainment venue.
- Lucy’s other notable projects include an art installation in the middle of the desert in Marfa, Texas; a customized branded car; and numerous notable magazine issues, including Interview magazine’s 40th anniversary edition and Harper’s Bazaar’s largest issue in it’s 100+ year history.
Experience
Lucy cut her teeth in magazine publishing, working with some of the industry’s most renowned editors, creative directors, writers, and photographers. Prior to joining Dotdash Meredith, she produced original, experiential content for MSG Sphere, tying together elements of film, theater, virtual reality, and other world-building experiences. Lucy has produced award-winning magazine issues, brand reinventions, innovative digital product development and launches, coffee table books, product lines and more—basically, if you have an idea, she can make it happen.
Education
Lucy graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Literature.
