Meghan Splawn is a food editor with over 15 years of culinary experience under her belt. While she's produced everything from podcasts to cookbook, her greatest work is helping busy families feed themselves with less stress and more joy.
A graduate of New England Culinary Institute’s prestigious baking and pastry program, Meghan worked as a pastry chef before joining Alton Brown’s culinary team for over 10 years. Meghan’s work for Brown included recipe development and food styling for the award-winning television show Good Eats and the New York Times best-selling Good Eats book series, as well as food styling, project management, and on-air appearances. She spent the last 5 years as part of Kitchn.com's editorial team and building the weekly podcast Didn't I Just Feed You.
