Experience
Nancy has over 25 years of expertise in the Food & Entertaining arena. In January, 2019, she launched her own company, Eat with Nancy Productions, where she produces content and consults on major brands for food and lifestyle companies.
Prior to this, she has had a vibrant tenure with Better Homes & Gardens—leading the creation of the magazine’s food content for its nearly 40 million readers and working with many corporate food and media thought leaders on behalf of the brand. While in this role, Nancy produced numerous major features for the brand, including Michelle Obama’s White House Garden, Ayesha Curry, Carla Hall, Jamie Oliver, Scott Peacock, Padma Lakshmi, Guy Fieri, Gesine Bullock-Prado, Joy the Baker, Trisha Yearwood, Blackberry Farm, and Jacques Pepin.
Nancy is a frequent speaker on the topics of food trends, food photography and styling, and cooking. Prior roles include Senior Executive at Edelman Worldwide where she managed multiple accounts including National Cattleman’s Beef Association. Nancy also ran her own Food and Tabletop consulting firm where she served as a Creative Director on cookbooks, marketing campaigns, and other programs.
Most recently, Nancy has served as the President of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, fondly known as IACP.
