Prerna's favorite kitchen tool: "When it comes to my most beloved cooking tools I have two, both given to me by my mother and my mother-in-law when I was leaving India for the first time as a new bride to move to the US. My mom gave my most cherished first pressure cooker—every Indian household NEEDS one. And my mother-in-law gave me another quintessential Indian kitchen tool, a marble mortar and pestle. I use the two to this day!
