Worked perfectly in our new toaster oven air fryer. Used ground turkey, but didn’t change anything else. Thanks!

I have made my own egg rolls for years using ground pork sausage and bean sprouts. I also use many of the same ingredients you post in your recipe. I’m going to try the air fryer though as I have usually fried mine in a pot. Looks delicious! Thank you for the tips!

This sounds good. Is an egg roll wrapper any different than a wonton? Any thing to think about if you use smaller wontons (e.g. about 3 in x 3in)? Thanks

A wonton wrapper is smaller than an egg roll wrapper. The egg roll wrapper is around 6-7 inches across, whereas the wonton wrapper is only about 3 inches. You can use the smaller one just fine. It’s perfect for appetizers. Just reduce the filling amount to about a Tablespoon and reduce the cooking time as well. I’d go a total of 6-8 minutes for the small ones, flipping halfway through.

These were Great! I used slaw mixture for the cabbage with carrots, making that part a lil easier!

These were great! I’m vegetarian so I omitted the meat, also used black vinegar and some sesame oil. I made six all together, cooked 2 and refrigerated the other 4 uncooked for a total of 4 days and the last ones were just as delicious as the first. Definitely a keeper!
