    I used an every day seasoning blend and some olive oil .. but the egg and light breadcrumbs made all the difference!! When they came out od the air fryer I drizzled with hoisin sauce. We had this at a restaurant recently and I was trying to recreate it. Mission accomplished!! :D

    We tried this recipe today and they came out great. We used pork rinds instead of bread crumbs but with a little hot sauce they were fantastic.

    total fail for me. the coating didnt stick to the cauliflower and it never got crispy
