You think plain greek yogurt would be okay to substitute the sour cream in the crust? Just curious, I’m very excited to try this out (and with my gluten free flour blend)
Hi Lisa, you could try it. Make sure it is full fat Greek yogurt though, because it is the fat that makes the crust recipe work.
can i use ready made short crust pastry?
A friend once brought a delectable pluot and blueberry cobbler to a potluck. I have also made cobblers with nectarines and blueberries, another good combo. May try the latter in this galette… So simple…
