Delicious easy way to prepare fish. I add dill, lemon pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon before baking.Family favorite!
Perfect and easy
Taste great, quick and easy.
Good, quick,easy meal
Family favorite. Kids 6, 4 and 3 all love it! Thank you!!!
One of my favorite dishes that my Aunt Kay made us! The other was cod baked in evaporated milk and cheese.
I make it this way all the time but without lemon. I sprinkle garlic salt on top before baking. So good.
Awesome our Cod was so very yummy will definitely use this scrumptious topping recipe again…
I’m making it for dinner tonight
Great simple fish dish…I’ve used cod, halibut and mahi mahi all with good results.
Had to cook it longer because the breading was still a little soggy, but once it was crispy it was excellent!
can you make ahead?
Hi, Nancy! You can definitely prep the fish ahead, but I’d wait to top with the Ritz crackers or bake it until you’re ready to serve. The crackers would get soggy if left for too long, and fish is so delicate that it tends to overcook really easily if you reheat it. Enjoy!
My new favorite way to cook white fish.
this is by far the easiest way to cook an excellent and most scrumptious tasting Seafood meal. I love this recipe it is my favorite for rockfish.
We really enjoyed it, will definitely make again
This was easy and delicious! I will definitely make this again!
This was a big win! Super easy and extremely tasty. Better than fish-n-chips style cod. Thank you!
I going to try this tonight. I’ve had this with stuffed shrimp and stuffed lobster with paprika added to the stuffing. And drizzled with a little butter before baking. Excellent. But I must say it never occurred to me to try it on other fish like cod. Thanks for the idea.
I use the crushed original Ritz crackers, but I marinade the fillets (Works great with Crappie) in Italian Dressing (Not low fat) prior to coating.
