    I didnt have medium ripe bananas and the store was out (not a single banana). I used an almost ripe mango instead. It worked out really well. The granola is delicious! I can’t wait for breakfast.

    I made this last week and I think it needs a little more time in the oven. It is good but still very soft and not as dry as I expected. Next time I will try an hour in the oven… but taste is really good. Thank you for the nice recipe.
