Ok. It sounds great, and I want to try it. THE QUESTION IS:

is all the dicing, mincing, chopping (and finely chopping) really necessary if it’s going into my high powered blender?

Good question Ocean! Once I got a tomato stuck in a high powered blender, so now I do chop first. Easier to measure that way too. And with something like horseradish? It’s so powerful, you really don’t want to end up with big un-blended clump. But if your blender can blend anything to bits, go for it! I found pre-chopping to be helpful when I made this.

Dearest Tess, I’m drinking this fabulous smoothie as I write. It’s AMAZING! So good. You nailed it girlfriend. It has just the right balance of everything. I even bought some horseradish root for this.
