    Delicious meatloaf, and great as leftover! Glaze is wonderful (and works on other things!). Began making it yesterday; no red bell pepper. Used a half a sweet potato instead and also worked beautifully. Little sweeter.

    The best meatloaf ever.
    I used half beef and half pork and steel cut oats instead of bread crumbs, and Evan William’s bourbon with Sweet Baby Ray’s bbq sauce.
    I thought we would all founder!
