Meh. Can’t beat the real thing, but a good substitute for when you are having intense chocolate cravings.
Delicious! Wasn’t rubbery to me. I cooked it for 1:20 seconds on 1200 wats and it is really good! I would recommend.
It turned out perfectly. Followed direction exactly.
I added chocolate but even then it was slightly dry. I even made sure not to overcook it. For a mug brownie, it was good. I would make it again considering how easy it was
Don’t bother. Don’t waste your time or ingredients. It’s not good. Rubbery…and I didn’t cook for the suggested time. I thought the ice cream would help but, no. It’s just not good.
The consistency was very rubbery and it did not taste rich or chocolatey like a brownie at all. Only ate a couple bites then tossed the rest in the trash.
it’s good. and super easy
very good!! especially with ice cream((: so good for a quick late night snack
The flavor was bland and didn’t have a brownie texture at all. It is closer to cake but still bland. I wouldn’t make it again.
For me it came out like tasteless chocolate-ish rubber. Not sure it doesn’t need more vanilla and a true 1/8″ tsp salt.
I make mine in a bowl and top with marshmallow fluff, ice cream, and hot fudge. My go-to bedtime snack, my poor-me snack, my I-don’t-feel-like-making-supper-and-the-boys-aren’t-home snack, my mid-day work snack.
Neither of my kids are brownie fans so this is perfect! I might have to give them one bite…but that’s all…and only if they catch me ;)
I made it. My sons (12 and 10) said it was very good. They actually asked for recipe so they can make it in the future. We ate with vanilla ice cream. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Amazing and so fast! I used 2 tablespoons of melted butter instead of oil. It cooked perfectly and was gooey and delicious!
i only had extra virgan oil but all I had to do was use 1 tbs instead of 2
I had to microwave for much longer that 1:40. A little dissapounted with how bland it tastes. Even after cooking it for around 2:30, it wasn’t fully cooked st the top and bottom but the middle was decent.
Y’all are overthinking this perfect recipe! This brownie was bomb!!! I used coconut oil and imitation vanilla extract and it was yummmyyyy
So yummy! Super easy to make too.
This is an easy and sinful treat. I used coconut oil because it has no taste and I prefer it to vegetable oil. The ice cream is a must. I don’t know that I would have enjoyed it as much without the ice cream We used salted caramel (that’s all we had), but vanilla would be perfect.
Bland and cakey
IT WAS AIIIIIGHT
