    I’ve now made these 2x and I love them. However, I thought they were WAY too big. I ended up cutting them so that there were double the amount you suggested. Next time I think I’ll half the recipe and then they’ll be a bit thinner. So tasty!

    I’m looking forward to trying this. Wondering about the dark chocolate – should that be semi-sweet? Bittersweet? Other?

    Hi cindy, I am in Australia and wonder whether these yummy truffles could keep for longer in a sealed cellophane bag in the fridge, as I would like to make them a week or so prior to giving them ? What do you think ?
