    Best flank steak I’ve ever had. I followed the recipe as written and we loved it. Cook times are right on the money too.

    Fantastic! I would maybe reduce the amount of honey by a little, but that’s a personal preference and it tasted great with the full amount. I thought the amount of other seasonings was perfect, not too spicy at all. I would make this again in a heartbeat.

    I have just started marinating our second shot at this fantastic steak. The two of us had one lunch and 2 dinners from the first flank steak and the second one in the freezer was calling. I used some spare thyme (fine grind) along with a bunch of unground thyme. We’ll see if it is too thymie. And, as I did last time, I use juice from a whole lime. We have a habachi and I cooked the last one, covered for 6 min , turned it then 5 min. This time it will be 5 & 5. I highly recommend this wonderful marinate. BTW … I love paprikas and would add more.

    Too much paprika. My husband and I didn’t particularly like this recipe. We both agree that it called for too much paprika. The taste just seemed to be missing something.
