    I made this great idea using a flour tortilla. The next time, because it was so floppy, I topped it with another tortilla, flipped it, and had a quesadilla. Thanks for the idea….!! xoxo

    why do the instructions say to put them on a baking pan but they are then cooked in a skillet?

    I love the pita pizza idea! I live in Mexico and this works really well with flour tortillas. Where I live we can get them homemade with white or whole wheat flour. They are thinner than pita
so I use 2 tortillas, brushing a little olive oil between for glue :) Elsmarie Norby in Mexico
