Can I use boneless skinless turkey thighs? What would the cooking time be?

I made this today (yup, just a few days before Thanksgiving), to clean out the fridge of some extra meat I had purchased for a church potluck. I used turkey thighs and it turned out great! I really like it…and although I am a die-hard giblet gravy follower, this gravy was delicious. I think I will try this same recipe with a turkey breast in a few days…

This sounds good and easy to make. But I’m wondering How long would boneless skinless turkey breast need to cook?

Turned out great! Since there are only two of us, made 2 thighs, skin removed with the same amount of sauce, because who can have too much gravy? Cooled 25 minutes instead of 30 and put some large halved gold potatoes in the stream basket above the turkey. Thanks for sharing!!

Sounds great but the skin will be flaccid and not crisp because it will be cooked under pressure.
