Sooo goooood! My hubby and 1.5yr old both had seconds and are looking forward to leftovers tomorrow! Thank you!
Perfect weeknight dinner for the winter. So simple and tasty. I add a third cup of broth because I add macaroni.
So very tasty & comforting! Easy! And so good.Thankyou for this recipe, family loves it!
This recipe was very easy to follow and was very delicious! I added potatoes and used beef bone broth. I also doubled the recipe for leftovers. The whole family loved it!
Very good soup, its on our favorite soups rotation now. Easy & satisfing.
Our family LOVES this soup!!!! I don’t use wine, tomatoes or peppers. I put 3 1/2 cups of broth and 2 cups of ditalini pasta. This feeds our family of 8.
Delish!! Perfect dish.
Great quick recipe!
This is Very similar to my grandmother’s excellent Zucchini Stew. Uses the same base. Cook sausage separate from hamburg to have both tastes, combine and add cut up green peppers and zucchini. For added flavor use cans of stewed tomotoes. She would make a large kettlel of it, it starts as soup or stew and gradually thickens to where it was used on grinder rolls. Reall excellent!
Made this a couple of weeks ago. It was delicious. Since it’s just the 2 of us, I froze a portion for later. Will make again.
I’m cooking now, looks delicious
I’ve made it and it’s very good. The different vegetables can be changed as desired. It’s the tomatoes that give it the tang. I use gluten-free pasta in it sometimes.
Has anyone tried a splurp of sour crean on top of a bowlful for presentation and perhaps a beef goulaah vibe??
Just curious if you are using canned broth? If so what brand. I made this tonight and it’s delicious.
Hi, Lauri! I checked back in Megan’s recipe development notes and it looks like she used Kitchen Accomplice Beef Broth Concentrate. So glad you liked the recipe!
This is cooking on my stove now. Smells delicious. I didn’t have peppers so I left them out. I did use the wine and I added diced gold potatoes. Thanks!
Its looks so colorful, healthy & delicious ,I liked it.
Thank you for sharing it!
I made this last night and added some sliced new potatoes. It was so good, thanks! I had to open a bottle of wine for the recipe, so the cab I enjoyed while cooking was a nice bonus. :)
Made this last night and it was a major hit! Super easy with ingredients I always have on hand. Even better today for lunch!
Never made soup with hamburger meat, except when I use meatballs.
Sounds delicious! Great with garlic and herb bread.
Yum! Quick recipes using ground beef are always welcome. This soup sounds very tasty, and I like all of the vegetables included in it!
