    Big fans of the full English over here; I couldn’t believe how well it came out. I didn’t bother chopping the tomatoes and put them in at the same time as the mushrooms. Plus, used a pan liner and imported Heinz baked beans. Will definitely use this method again!

    What a fabulous idea this was!! I used Trade Joe’s bangers and baked beans. I also roasted everything at 500 instead of 400 which sped up the cooking significantly. Lastly, I lined my pan with parchment paper, which I do with all sheet pan meals, because life is too short to scrub pans. I served this with a nice pot of milky tea and toast made from Irish Soda bread from this site. It was a brilliant meal.

    Chicken sausage!! never in a million years would you have this in Britain, and you forgot the Black Pudding.

    ps Full Scottish and Full Welsh are not much different
