    This was delicious ! First time we tried it, and the recipe was perfect. Makes enough for 4 people, and there were only 2 of us, so we have leftovers for tomorrow. Yum !

    I halved the quantities (enough for 2 servings), swapped white wine for vermouth (all I had) and added more garlic just for personal taste. Everything else I followed to the letter and it turned out beautiful. A great way to use up lots of spinach!
