    This was the quickest/easiest pie I could find in a time crunch. With limited ingredients, I was skeptical. But now I am making my third one, it is delicious! And you can’t beat how easy it is (especially with store bought crust).

    The only thing I would say, is add 1/2-1 cup more fruit if you don’t want a flat pie.

    I’m going to be making this tomorrow. I’ve always loved strawberry/rhubarb pie but in my 61 years still have not made one. Just to be clear, you DO NOT cook the rhubarb first. I rarely fail in the kitchen and because I have such awesome strawberries to use, I do not want to mess up.
