I can’t believe one of my favorite recipe sites has resorted to offering me store-bought meals instead :( :( :(
Love the Quick Meals post! Please have more, I prefer to eat at home.
You got it, Lisa!
i like the Slumgullion, despite its ugly name :-)
Hey, Richard! I know, it’s got a terrible name. Your family makes it? Where are you from?!
Oh I’m loving Emma’s Thai Noodle Curry. I think I’ve got all the ingredients in house so this may be our Friday meal. ;)
Woo hoo, Karista!
How long do I cook the slumgullion?
Hi, Jim! It takes about 20 minutes or so, especially if you start the water boiling for pasta at the same time as cooking the onion and ground beef. It’s a quick weeknight meal. I usually use elbow macaroni because that’s what my mom did, that’s what her mom did, and that’s what my Great Grandma McGowan did. Thanks for your question
I love that Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi, and our copycat version!
i have kidney disease so i have to careful
Where would I find quick and easy Thai noodle curry recipe?
I haven’t written up the recipe for that one yet so I can’t direct you to a full recipe, unfortunately. But it really is as simple as what I shared above!
What kind of chicken sausage? And what form do you cook it? Ground? In link form? Precooked Slices?
